Nook & Co. is a small shop run out of Southwest Florida. We sell one carefully chosen thing each season instead of a thousand things we've never touched.
How we pick what we sell
Before anything goes on this site, it has to clear a short list. We have to be able to reach the supplier and get an answer within a day. The product has to be what the listing says it is, with the material and the age rating stated plainly. The shipping time has to be real, so we can publish an order-by date and stand behind it. And it has to be something we'd give to someone we like.
This season it's a squishy advent calendar: 24 doors, a soft foam surprise behind each, for ages 3 and up. If you want to know exactly what we looked for, the buyer's guide is the list we used.
What we promise
Free shipping inside the US. A real order-by date, worked out from actual processing and transit times, and a refund if we miss it. A replacement or a refund, your choice, if something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all. And a person who reads and answers every email, usually within a business day.
What we don't do
We don't make up reviews. We don't run fake countdown timers or "only 2 left" banners. We don't show a crossed-out price that was never the price. If you see any of that here, it's a mistake and we'd like to know.
